November Platform Updates - Enhancements and Important Notices

· 2 min read

External changes to the platform have been relatively limited for the past month as we have been working on bug fixes and quality of life tooling for our support and deployment teams.

November Platform Updates

Minor Changes

We're introducing several minor changes to enhance your experience:

  • New Bulk Actions: Two new bulk actions, namely Update Task Fields and Resubmit From Failed, have been added to the Tasks Screen.

  • Task Files Size Tile: A new tile displaying the total size of task files within the project is now available on the Home screen for each project.

  • Layout Copying: You can now copy task data editor and task creator layouts between projects.

Enable/Disable Event Driven Triggers

Exciting news! You now have the ability to toggle the enablement of event-driven Triggers. This gives you complete control over whether your project accepts new tasks from external sources. Utilize multiple webhooks to manage different sources of tasks individually or gracefully update your webhook URL without downtime.

Upcoming Deprecation: API /tasks/trigger Endpoint

A heads up for an upcoming change:

  • Deprecation Notice: After 1 March 2024, we will deprecate the /tasks/trigger API endpoint, which is now outdated and redundant with the webhook trigger.

  • Transition Assistance: If Unmand is aware of you using an API trigger, a member of our support team will reach out to help arrange a smooth transition.

  • DIY Instructions: If you prefer to update your projects yourself, instructions for creating a webhook trigger are available here.

If you have any feedback or questions, please leave us a note at the Support Portal.

Thanks,

The Unmand Team
