Information Storage and Security
While we implement safeguards designed to protect your information, no security system is impenetrable and due to the inherent nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that data, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, is absolutely safe from intrusion by others.
Documents or other data uploaded will be processed to create training datasets for our artificial intelligence powered data extraction tool (Exfil) or as part of the flow for a deployment of our business automation tool (Swarm). Any information that is stored by us will be available for you to view and delete through the Service.
We know that the security of data is of paramount importance. We use industry standard technical and organisational measures to secure the information we store and all our employees and contractors are bound by the non-disclosure agreements. When we transmit data, we use encrypted communication channels (SSL/TLS encryption). We store and process customer data only with two of the major cloud platform providers - Amazon AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
Device and Connection Information
We collect basic information about the devices you use to access the Service. This device information includes your connection type and settings when you access or use our Services. We also collect information through your device about your operating system, browser type, IP address, and device identifiers. We use your IP address and/or country preference in order to approximate your location to provide you with a better Service experience.
Cookies and Other Local Device Storage
We work with third-party service providers to provide hosting, maintenance, backup, storage, virtual infrastructure, payment processing, analysis and other services for us, which may require them to access or use information about you. If a service provider needs to access information about you to perform services on our behalf, they do so under close instruction from us, including policies and procedures designed to protect your information.
If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us.
