Admins can view and manage payment details from the Plan & Billing section. You can manage your subscription, update payment details, set the billing contact, and edit the company details.
Change invoice details
You can edit the following information in Billing Details:
- First Name
- Last name
- Emails to CC
- Company Name
- Tax Id
- Once in the Plan & Billing section, scroll down to see Invoices.
- Select the invoice you want to view or download.
Payment instructions are included on the invoice, including Unmand wire transfer details.
Invoices will be emailed monthly to the Billing Email listed. You can update the Billing Contact and Billing Email at any time.
Once an invoice has been paid, the payment status will be automatically updated.
